Refund and Returns Policy for Libando Fashion

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items under the conditions below.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or altered items. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories may not qualify for return.

To start a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, request an exchange within 14 days. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final clearance products. These purchases are final.
